| ترکیبات آللوپاتیک در تنوع زیستی و توانایی تولید اکوسیستمها نقش مهمی بر عهده دارند. مدیریت و کنترل گونههای سمی و آللوپات از اولویتهای برنامههای احیاء اکوسیستمهاسـت. ازاینرو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر آللوپاتی گونههای Amygdalus scoparia، Daphne mezerum و Ebenus stellata بر روی درصد جوانهزنی بـذر گونههای زیرآشکوب در شرایط آزمایشگاهی انجام شد. برای این منظور، پس از جمعآوری و خشک کردن برگ گونههای Amygdalus scoparia، Daphne mezerum و stellata Ebenus که از مراتع چنارناز استان یزد جمعآوری شده بود، عصارۀ آنها در آزمایشگاه گرفته شد. عصارهگیری به روش وزنی- حجمی (نسبت 1 به 3) انجام شد. غلظت ۱% عصارۀ حاصل از گونههای فوق بهطور جداگانه، بهمدت 45 روز روی بذور گونههای زیرآشکوب ریخته شد. برای مقایسۀ اثر بذور گونهها نسبت به عصارۀ موجود، از آزمون تجزیۀ واریانس دوطرفه و آزمون دانکن استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که عصارۀ آبی سه گونۀ چوبی و تیمار شاهد، اثر بازدارندگی متفاوتی بر جوانهزنی و رشد بذرهای گونههای زیرآشکوب داشتند. بهطور کلی، گونههای زیرآشکوب تحت شرایط تیمار شاهد، بیشترین جوانهزنی را داشتند. بنابراین، میتوان گفت بهدلیل اینکه یکی از دلایل شکست پروژههای احیا، اثرات دگرآسیبی گونههای چوبی غالب بر رشد بذور میباشد، میتوان با بررسی اثر آللوپاتی گونههای غالب بر گونههای زیرآشکوب، گونۀ مناسب برای احیای مناطق نیمهخشک یزد را ارائه کرد. | ||
