بررسی آسیبهای مستقیم نوترونهای با انرژی 0/1 تا 2 مگا الکترون ولت، بر ساختار اتمی مولکول DNA با ابزار Geant4 | ||

| چکیده | ||
| مطالعهی حاضر به بیان روشی برای تخمین اثربخشی بیولوژیکی نسبی، RBE، نوترونهای سریع با استفاده از شبیهسازی مونت کارلو میپردازد. این رهیافت بر اساس ترکیب یک مدل با دقت اتمی از هندسه مولکول DNA و شبیهسازی به روش مونت کارلو برای ردیابی ذرات است. موقعیت دقیق مکانی اتمهای مولکول DNA از بانک داده پروتئینی استخراج گشته است. ابزار Geant4 برای ردیابی ذرات ثانویه تولید شده توسط نوترونهای سریع در برهمکنششان با آب مایع استفاده گردید. به دلیل استفاده از طیف انرژی ذرات ثانویه به جای تابش مستقیم نوترون، زمان محاسبات به طور محسوسی کاهش یافت. شکست رشتهای دوگانه به عنوان مؤثرترین نوع آسیب، برای تخمین RBE نوترونها، استفاده شد. پرتوهای گامای کبالت 60 به عنوان تابش مرجع برای محاسبه RBE در نظر گرفته شدند. مدل در توصیف رفتار RBE و محل RBEmax بر اساس توزیع انرژی نوترونها موفق بوده است. | ||
